ITEM: This ring turned 121 years old this year. The inside is inscribed "PMcN to PL 17/01/03." This 15K Yellow Gold ring sets three round faceted Sapphires and four Rose Cut Diamonds. Currently a size 9.0 and can be adjusted smaller or larger without disrupting the engraving on the inside of the band.
