ITEM: Very beautiful early 1900's Rose Gold flower ring with (1) Rose Cut Diamond and (8) Round Faceted Rubies. The gemstones sit low to the hand and have a small basket below them allowing light in. The band is smooth and tapers toward the gemstones, highlighting the flower design.
