  • Can we see something on site in person?

    • Yes! We are located in downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan. We are available most days for appointments, including Saturday! Call us at (734) 994-3433 or email us at to schedule a personal showing to try on these gorgeous rings! Feel free to reach out with any additional questions. 

  • Is everything on your website?

    • At this time our entire inventory is not on our site. We encourage you to visit both of our shops in Ann Arbor, MI to see our entire collection of antique jewelry, glassware, quilts, furniture, lamps and more. 

  • How do I purchase something from your shop?

    • You are welcome to make your purchase through our website or over the phone by calling 734-994-3433 during our business hours, Tuesday through Saturday, 11am - 5pm. If you plan to pay by layaway or multiple forms of payment please call us for help with your order.

  • Do you offer a layaway plan?

    • Yes! In order to best serve our customers, we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash and checks. We offer a layaway program for 3-months at 0% interest with bi-weekly payments. If you have any questions about payment options, feel free to call our store at (734) 994-3433 and we would be happy to assist you with setting up a layaway program.

  • Can you sell the setting without the center stone?

    • Our utmost goal is to keep the integrity of our vintage and antique pieces! We do not sell the mountings without stones or the stones that are currently set into a ring. Antique and vintage settings are very rare to find in good condition and even more so in a particular style and size you are looking for. We suggest working with a jeweler to make a mounting for your gem. You are welcome to print out photos from our website as inspiration, but we are not custom jewelers and therefore cannot provide this service.

  • Do your diamonds come with GIA/EGL reports?

    • All of our Diamonds are graded by a GIA gemologist and come ​with appraisal paperwork starting the color, cut, clarity and carat weight of the Diamond. Some of our gemstones pieces have also been graded. Any item with a SKU starting with "DR" will be accompanied by an appraisal. 

  • Can you size a ring I purchased from your store?

    • ​Yes, all of our rings can be resized to fit your hand. All eternity bands and engraved bands can be resized, please be aware that these sizing are more labor intensive and will greatly vary depending on the ring. Contact us at (734) 994-3433 for price quotes on sizing or email us at

  • Do you size rings not purchased at the Arcadian Antiques?

    • Yes, bring your ring into the shop for a price quote on sizing. Most ring sizings take about 2-3 weeks. We do not rush ring sizing, but can try to make accommodations when necessary.

  • Do you offer a jewelry repair and restoration service? 

    • Yes, it's not unusual for jewelry that has been worn for 75 years or more to need some restoration and refreshing. We can restore your pieces to their best possible condition so that they are ready for another lifetime of wear. Our award winning jeweler is an expert at working with vintage and antique pieces and use the most appropriate techniques according to each piece of jewelry. We make sure that all gemstones are tight in their mountings and that all mechanisms work properly. If you would like a price quote on repairing or restoring your piece please bring it into our shop in the Nickels Arcade. There is often small and delicate work that needs to be done on antique pieces of jewelry that can't be seen in photos or described by someone who is not in the jewelry business, because of that we will not quote prices based on emailed photos or conversations over the phone.

      The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
