ITEM: Beautiful antique puff heart pendant in 14k Yellow Gold with a 14k Yellow Gold chain. The center of the pendant sets a Diamond that is bead set in White Gold. This pendant has a beautiful leaf pattern and milgrain detailing around the edges of the heart. Circa 1900-1910.
